Lead Data

If you use our lead management features, we store information about your leads including names, contact information, communication history, and pipeline status. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data with us.

SMS/Mobile Messaging Data

When leads opt in to receive SMS messages through your forms, ads, or landing pages, we collect their mobile phone number and messaging consent status. We will never share, sell, or distribute mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected through our SMS messaging program to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the messaging service the lead consented to. This applies to all phone numbers and opt-in data regardless of how they were collected (web form, keyword opt-in, or other method).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, rate-limited API endpoints, and secure database hosting. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
